Knowing this reality, Safa subset companies considered the adaptation of all organizational processes to their customer needs by implementing the Quality management system. Accordingly, both Saveh Rolling and Pipe mills and Safa Rolling Co, have established their quality management system to meet their customers’ satisfaction and appropriately respond to special needs of oil, gas, petrochemical, water and waste water and construction industries.
These systems have even exceeded the national and international standards by superior quality products. They have consistently directed the organization to its great vision by using expert human resources, modern technology and quality assurance systems along with senior management’s commitment.
Quality management system encompasses all processes and units which involve in quality assurance which brings coherence.
Both Saveh Rolling (from 1995) and Safa Rolling (since founded) have settled their quality management systems based on ISO9001 and ISO/TS 29001 standards in oil and gas and petrochemical industry.
It should be noted that Safa rolling is the first mover in ISO/TS 29001 in Iran. Also “API Q1 Spec5L” standard in oil and gas, and “AWWA C200” international standard in water and waste water industries have been deployed to meet customers’ satisfaction.
Quality management system is the tool for quality assurance. Our group will use quality engineering tools and techniques like “DOE-SPC-PFMEA”, problem solving methods and error prevention techniques to attain its goals. Our laboratories attend ISO/IEC 17025 international standards. Also, to cover our social responsibilities we have deployed job health and safety management system called “OHSAS 18001” and environmental management system (EMS), as ISO 14001.
One of the basics of an effective and dynamic Quality Management System is the personnel qualification benchmarks and effective and continuous training of them from the very beginning.
One of the main factors of improvement in customer satisfaction and efficiency of the organization is the compilation of motivated and educated human resources with detailed improvement vision in quality management system processes.
Since staying up-to-date and pacing with the latest standards and law changes is the characteristic of a dynamic system, our organization is being reviewed and up to dated by a continuous improvement system, regarding to the latest international standard changes.
