The central quality control laboratory consists of various departments such as metallography, mechanics, spectrometry, chemistry of metals, chemistry and polymers, and calibration control for measuring equipment and sample making workshops that are equipped with the most modern and precise instruments to control the quality of manufactured products in accordance with international standards. Polymer and Chemistry Laboratory:
This laboratory is able to carry out all tests related to raw materials and the covering of the factory products in accordance with API, AWWA, IPS, IGS, DIN ISIRI standards, as well as tests to control raw materials and consumables and to control the products coverage in accordance with JIS, EN, DIN, AWWA, API standards.
The chemistry division of the laboratory is divided into three groups:
1- The chemistry corrosion group
2- Polymer chemistry group 3. General chemistry group
This laboratory can calibrate all measuring instruments used to measure electrical units, temperature, humidity, pressure, weight and dimensions.
This lab is able to investigate the microstructure and overall structure of the metal, as well as the micro and macro hardness in different magnifications. Macro and microstructural studies of metallurgy and micro and macro hardness tests are also carried out in this lab.

This laboratory is able to measure the strength and hardness of the materials with tensile, flexural, shockproof and DWTT devices based on API 5L, IPS, IGS, ISIand ASTM standards, as well as tests of strength and hardness by stretching machines, bending , Impact and DWTT are possible in this lab. This laboratory is able to measure the resistance of materials in sour environments that include H2S gas using SSCC and HIC based on NACE TM0177 and NACE TM0284. Testing the strength of the materials in the sour environments and the environments where H2S gas is present for SSCC and HIC tests in accordance with NACE TM 0284, NACE TM 0177 standards.
