Safa Industrial Group refers to a collection of gigantic companies and factories that were founded in 1968 by Mr. Mohammad Rostami Safa, the board chairman of these gigantic companies, which became the largest industrial group in the Middle East, with his 50 years of experience and management.
The first industrial and manufacturing company was Ostad company that started its activities in 1976 with the aim of manufacturing metal industries, agricultural implements and industrial machinery, and since 1979 it has been the first to build steel structures, which was a great service to the industry of our country. In the year 1982, with the investment in Amol Industrial Group, the activities in the pipe and profille industry has begun. In 1985, with buying a major part of the stocks of Saveh Rolling and Profille Mill, with a production capacity of 30,000 tons per year and 160 personnel, has come under the control and management of mr. Mohammad Rostami Safa. At present, the company has a production capacity of 2 million tons per year with 1,500 personnel, and is serving the country's civil and industrial projects.
In 2000, Safa Rolling and Pipe Mill Factory was established in Saveh, which is the largest producer of rolling and tubing in the oil, gas, petrochemical, oil products, water and wastewater industries in the Middle East, and is also a great honor for our country. In 2004, the Safa Tous Rolling and Pipe Mill was constructed and operated in Mashhad in order to carry out the project of pipe-laying of Dousti Dam in Mashhad and to cover the costs of carrying the pipe to Khorasan province.
In 2006, the Safa Metal Structures and Industrial Machinery was established with the aim of manufacturing various types of steel structures, machinery and industrial machines, cranes and overhead cranes, portal cranes, telecommunication and radio towers, manufacturing of rolling mills and profiles and Agricultural machinery.
In February 2009, the Ahvaz Polymer Industries Company was established with the aim of producing polyolefin components, the raw material for covering steel pipes, to supply the needs of Safa factories for pipe fittings and was exploited with a capacity of 2500 tons per year.
In 2009, Safa Industrial group stepped in to a new industry, and with the launch of a company called Safa Ballpoint Pen, it opened its way to the world of stationary. The company use the most modern machines and the most experienced personnel and quality control laboratory annually to produce more than 120 million ballpoint pen for domestic and foreign markets.
